Telkom 10213 order mess up HELP

Hi

So my mom placed an order for a SmartWireless LTE 30Gig at the beginning of this month.

The sales guys took her contact details down incorrectly and was subsequently not able to contact her for delivery. Today I call the courier company and they tell me they have sent the device back to Telkom. Now remember we are being billed R500 each month for something we don't have.

Can someone at Telkom or their sales department please help in my getting the device delivered from Telkom? Calling the sales center for a follow up is a nightmare!

Telkom rep, I have got a reference number.
