Feeling hard done by

So I assumed that my free WiFi bundle had expired at midnight and promptly loaded my R100 airtime voucher at 00:46 expecting to receive a new free bundle. It turns out though that Telkom's bundle seems to expire up to the exact minute, meaning if you receive a free bundle at 10:00, it will expire 30 days later at 10:00 and not at midnight as is usually the case with expiry dates(the 10gb free WiFi bundle I'm talking about specifically). It's actually a fair system if that is indeed how it works but Telkom do a bad job of informing you of that fact. I now have no free WiFi to look forward to because Telkom do not consolidate your free bundles like say Cell C does with Megabonus. I called the call centre and all I got was "hard luck", even the technical team couldn't do anything to help me out I was told.
