Not sure what to do anymore. I filled in the online form to apply for Telkom's uncapped LTE. A sales rep from Telkom contacted me, and we completed everything via the phone. Since then, the R599 have been deducted from my account, but I still don't have a modem/router/device , with me having to phone everyday, and just being transferred in circles, as they "Cannot find my ID number on the system". So what do I need to do now ?
Does anybody have a contact for me within the LTE department, who can assist ? I am now paying for a service with absolutely ZERO benefit....:mad::mad::mad:
