December billing debited R100 short

I am on Internet promo 5 and have not upgraded as yet so presume I am now on month to month at R199 and I also have a smartphone contract as well.

I have been debited R100 short this month and don't know of this is an error or some xmas relief to be offset next month.

Any similar experiences or notifications?
