Telkom LTE Online purchase admin needs work!

I applied online LTE Uncapped on Saturday 2016-01-09

On Monday 2016-01-11 a Telkom rep called - i was ecstatic.
Spent at least 45min providing every last bit of private information i have.
Rep noted that a SMS would be sent:
- if the credit check application is successful.
- when the router would be delivered
A mail requesting my bank detail was received from the sales rep.
Replied to the mail and got no reply.

No SMS or e-mail was received regarding the application by mail or SMS.

On Thursday i got a call from a courier noting he is at my gate to deliver the LTE router.
Apart from being irritated that they did not notify me, i was happy and managed to organise receival.

When i got home i was eager to get connected.
No signal :(

Called Telkom support 081180
Get told that i must wait 24hrs for activation ....

Friday still not activated
call 081180 and get told they cannot help and refer me to 10213
10213 promptly refers me to 10210 ..... still no joy ...

called later to 10213.
Cindy says that activation has not started, apologizes for the inconvenience and notes that activation has now started.

Saturday - still not activated.
Call 081180 - get told that activation as not started and can only be done by Sales..... :erm:
..... they are only available on weekdays

Highly disappointing ..... hopefully will get sorted on Monday. :sick:
