So, to vent some of my frustration.
I applied for this product on last week Monday, bid was successful, got my ticket number and await the call the next day, Tuesday no one phones. Then after that I decided to call the call center almost every day, all of those useless idiots just tune me : we will take down your details and someone will phone you in 2 hours. At night the story goes : we will take down your details and tomorrow half past 8 someone will phone you. Of course no call. This is the LTE department?? Why must someone phone me back when I am speaking to them??
Really? I can understand if someone wanted to cancel a deal that they may provide some resistance, but for new business? Excuse me? How incompetent can you be? Just call me back, do the application and give me a reference number or something. Don't do f***ol, I just don't understand how Telkom wants to grow their business with employees like that.
