We are in the LTE coverage area, live in a double story house on a hill but are unable to get LTE at all with 8ta. Vodacom and Cell C mobiles get 4g all the time here. Tested Vodacom sim in modem and connects to 4G
Took modem to another house in the area, lower down than ourselves and connects to 4g immediately.
So, hardware, sim and settings are presumed to be correct.
Why cant Telkom technical department assist and resolve - logged a call and it was closed without resolving or contacting me.
How can we resolve this? is there anyway to bounce off Vodacom towers instead?
Any advice would be appreciated.
