Hi, I cancelled my LTE data contract more than a year ago in writing. Telkom kept on recovering recurring fees from my account without my knowledge. The call centre log my calls for rebate but they do nothing to refund my claims. They do not call back. The only response when I request feedback is: "Complainant is not reachable". Buyer beware, do not to sign up to a Telkom contract - this is not fair!
