I am very upset with telkom mobile i phoned them on the 6th of December to come and collect the phone they delivered because it is the wrong phone after weeks of frustration phoning telkom they only made empty promises they will collect it on the19th of December i got through to Nadia the only person that nows what she is doing they came and fetched it on the 21st of December, i have never felt such frustration and anger in my life and before i can get the December deal the galaxy J5 prime they first have to cancel the first contract, wich is still not canceled.And to top it all they debited my account twice for R150.00 and nobody at telkom can tell me why.I have never seen such incompitence in my life as at telkom thanks to them i can't get the December deal i am very disappointed in telkom is there somebody at telkom that can help me? Pls
