Since yesterday I have been unable to connect via 4G ... my modem tells me there is a 3.5G connection available but as soon but I can't connect.
The Telkom mobile data center is useless and only tells me the usual "please reset router".
How do I get through the technical support folks who actually KNOW what they are talking about ???.
