Telkom LTE coverage

Any rep from Telkom can help me? I see Fourways for the most part is covered with LTE and LTE-A. Just where I stay is a patch of grey (no blue or light blue colours :( showing LTE )

Is there any network configuration that could give me coverage ?? The open field in front of my home is covered ...
