Has anybody experienced any problems loading data recently? I loaded R350 onto a sim via EFT. Called Telkom to convert it to a 20+20 promo, laady tells me I have insufficient airtime???
I received an sms confirming the load. Then another, saying I got a free R350 airtime as well.
I double checked on their self service portal and both showed there as well.
How is it their billing system could be so messed up???:twisted:
