According to Opensignal and a google maps measurement, I'm about 400m from my tower, but with a lot of trees inbetween. My down speed varies between 8 and 10 Mbps on an LTE connection with 3 out of 5 bars on my Huawei router web page I'm roughly 400m from my tower and my down speed is 8-10 Mb/s
