Telkom useless service

Dec'17 I took out the 20gb contract, with fair usage policy of 1500 minutes ANY network an d FUP of 3000 telkom to telkom. Up to late May all was fine, no problem and all of a sudden 90% business landline numbers gave me the message that my funds are insufficient. My wife, with only the 2gb and only 100 all network minutes package, can still phone any number. I reported jt, but there helpdesk, like all helpdesks in this ****ry, is helpless useless. They try to tell me that I phone numbers that is not supported by Telkom. Bull..! It worked untill May and is normall 011 or 012 or whatever number. One out of 10 is working. They are useless helpless. Their technical department send a sms, that you can't contact back, saying the problem is resolved, but they don't phone or contact other than the sms and itbis still the same. Reported again and they say they reopened the old call. Nothing happened. I feel the must totally delete my profile and recreate it correctly, but they are just useless. Now I feel they must stop the contract deadstill, refund me, take back the instrument and I will get something else at another supplier. While it worked it was fabulous, but now it hamper me totally and I took out a pay as you go from cellc just to be able to phone....
