I've had it with Telkom Mobile. I suddenly find myself OOB two days before the end of the month.
That's fine, let me log Off Network and recharge. Lo and behold, the login gives and error:

Fine. Irritated, I remove the 3G dongle and place it in my PC logging in "On Network".
I decide to use the credit card option:

The requested URL /8ta-topup/ was not found.
I'm already starting to see red. I have to go to the shops and I purchase a voucher, receiving a R100 and a R50 voucher.
I recharge the R100 voucher, not problem. However, the website now tells me my balance is unavailable. Continuing I add the R50 voucher. Nothing.
Even more irritated I use the connection panel and send the USSD codes. Blacklisted for 24 hours! :mad::mad::mad:
In a final act of madness I call the call centre agent who has the audacity to ask me if I understand what I did wrong. I did f**kall wrong, the PIN is 100% correct but Telkom Mobile's infrastructure is beyond useless. He told me he would escalate the issue and may in 4 hours I can be unblacklisted.
Seething I ask to speak to a supervisor. No, there is no supervisor available to assist.
I honestly give up. My contract is up for expiration and I will not be renewing or getting another one. How can you run a business of this nature, like this? How can I be expected to sit without a connection for 4 hours? Thank goodness for MTN.
