Hello everybody,

I finally decide to go uncapped, and signed up the simple uncapped deal with Telkom.
Unfortunately, the sales person couldn't really answer some (aka most) of my questions at the direct store. So here I am looking for some answers/help.

1. Does it really take 2-3 weeks for a technician to come install a line? I live in a main centre in Pretoria.
1.1. Is installation a full day job?
2. Will the 3G modem and SIM come with the technician or do I have to pick it up in store? (apparently they'll call me when the order has been processed)
3. Does the SIM data and ADSL data start/activate at the same time?
4. Is ADSL installation and activation on the same day?
5. Where do I track my order?
6. What is the model of the included Wifi modem?
