Please just put one technical person in your call center for TM inquiries. Pretty please...

Someone that understands basic pinging and trace routes to check the network status.

I appreciate their willingness to assist but If I call again regarding extremely slow throughput and the person on the other end is going to tell me to reboot my router or take out my simcard and rub the gold plate I am seriously going to lose it.

Please just one person on the team that can check the network and interpret my trace routes.
