I ordered a Telkom LTE service on 14/12/2014 and have heard nothing since. (Online web order)
I emailed after a week. No response. So I rang them up a few days ago and they said that my order had not yet been processed and that someone would contact me later that day. Still waiting.
Do I consider it cancelled / unsuccessful and go sign up with someone else?
