I paid R1800 online for a Telkom 60+60Gb package on the 1st Jan 2015.
After numerous calls and complaints, suitably escalated to a supervisor the service has still not been enabled after 7 days.
Telkom are not disputing any of the facts, but even the back-office cannot resolve the issue.
For the past 3 days I have been asking for a refund - supplied copies of all the documentation.
I am now at my wits end.:(
How do I escalate it higher?
Does anybody have the email of a commercial manager?
How do I get my money back?
Surely I am covered by the CPA?
