It's as if Telkom is trying their absolute best to chase customers away.

My "200MB a month for a year" deal came to it's end (without warning, obviously), so I wanted to buy a new one. Searched the onnet website, but the the option's not available (first problem). Called the call centre (second problem) and they confirmed that I need to go into a shop to get a new one loaded (third problem). Took time out of my day to go to the Telkom shop, only to be told that they can't load a new bundle, only sell me a new SIM card with the bundle already loaded (forth problem), but they can't even do that, because the new SIM needs a new RICA submission (fifth problem).

I walked out.

Honestly, why don't they just fire their useless staff and close their doors - it'll save everyone the frustration and wasted time of having to deal with them.
