So i got me an upgrade with that new B593 router, i used i for just over one week and then it stopped working.
When i sent it in i asked for an exchange and they said its not possible, i had it for more that 7days
I was then told that i might get a new one within a week due to its a new router, otherwise i have to wait for a maximum of 3 weeks.
Well im at the 3rd week now, paying for a service i cant use, with no repair status update except that its been taken in, and being told by the store ''you will get it when you get it''
I saw that dreaded thread on here about that other guy waiting up to 14weeks. Im not up for that
So please let me know whats happening?
im sure the consumer protection act says a defective item has an exchange period of 6 months.
