Through put on LTE

Hello all

Can through put be increased.
(RSSI / RSRP / RSRQ ) I need to look at those figures.
MY friend also shown me his download and upload figures.
Similar to mine. Download >10Mbps and Upload <5.0Mbps.
Is this normal on Telkom Network.
I stay in Springs area he is in Boksburg area.

I'm using currently the two paddle antennas supplied. I receive 3 to 4 bars signal.
