Unable to access sites!

I have been having this issue for a long time now and i thought it would be fixed by now but i cannot access The Unisa website which i really need to get onto.

I have been using Hola VPN and it works however now its really slow and wont load the page at all.

I'm sure this is the case for everyone using Telkom LTE, is there any other way i could access this site :(
