I just noticed this evening, that the TM website is no longer giving online balances. It used to work really well, but something has gone awry.
At first I thought it might only affect my Apple safari browser, so I went onto Windows 7 with MS Explorer, and it does the same thing there too. In the past all you needed to do was click on "self service login" - "on network" - click to proceed. The software would know your account details through the connection, and would give the balances.
It no longer does this...anyone checked on Chrome ? Is it just me ?
