Unethical way of conducting business... not fair

This morning i receive the usual sms about telkom mobile specials, at which i immediately run to the nearest store to purchase airtime in order to purchase the specials. immediately after purchasing the airtime the message "no specials are assigned to this number" appears on the specials menu. i strongly feel this is an unethical way of conducting business and know that should telkom choose to ignore my complaint someone is also going to pick up on this trick to make people purchase airtime, and report it too. Thumbs down Telkom mobile this is not how you treat your loyal customers at all
