Telkom Huawei E5372 (locked)

Hi guys,

I got the above mifi device on Saturday. This works with my Telkom LTE SIM card but not my prepaid Cell C data card

I read somewhere that this can be unlocked. Any truth in this? If so, can somebody assist?
