I have had the Telkom WiFi 10GB as part of my monthly contract for a couple of years but have not been able to connect to it from an iOS device or a Mac OSX machine. Manage to connect to the network but the authentication just does want to go through.
The instore assistance and telephone support stated that I should use my Telkom Mobile website login details (username which is an email address and the password). That does not seem to work.
The error alternates between "Credentials are incorrect" to "Cannot connect to the network".
I am struggling to connect the primary device and not a secondary device.
Please help!
